machines to start with, and will employ a fully

qualified pilot instructor from home. It is

hoped that both the machines and instructor will

be available about the end of February to enable a

start to be made before the bad summer weather

sets in.

2. The general enthusiasm with which these proposals have been greeted is most gratifying and
